ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE
THIS IS REQUIRED IF YOU ARE SELLING OR LETTING YOUR PROPERTY
An EPC once done lasts for 10 years.
We would instruct one of our Energy Assessors on your behalf and they will inspect your boiler for energy efficiency, look at how the water is heated, inspect the loft area for insulation. All our Energy assessors are fully qualified.
COMMERCIAL EPC'S
For a swift low cost EPC please contact us with the following details:-
Your name - E mail address, contact telephone number, postcode of the property and name of the premises you wish the EPC for. Type of heating installed at the premises. One of our energy assessors will contact you for more details and to arrange to give you a quotation for the work. As commercial EPC's require much more time and are complicated they can only be based on a quotation system.
PLEASE NOTE FROM THE 1/4/2018, LANDLORDS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO LET THEIR PROPERTIES WHERE THE ENERGY RATING FALLS BELOW A BAND E. Please contact us for more details.
